According to the Bairagarh Police, the complainant, Shriprakash Sharma, aged 54 and a resident of Gopal Nagar Piplani, was driving with his wife and son to Bairagarh Railway Station around 4 am on Monday. They were on their way to receive his elder son when the accident occurred. The speeding sedan collided with Sharma's car, leading to the subsequent altercation.

Shriprakash Sharma alleged that after the crash, three men pulled him out of his vehicle and assaulted him with their fists. When his wife and son stepped in to intervene, they were also allegedly manhandled by the assailants.
