A 21-year-old man died after his motorcycle was struck by an unidentified vehicle on a highway near Dery Machha village under the Badalpur police station area on Saturday. The deceased, identified as Himanshu, was a resident of Utaralsi village in the Jarcha police station jurisdiction.
Police received information about the accident through the emergency helpline from local residents. A police team arrived at the scene and found the man severely injured. He was immediately taken to a hospital, but doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
