A bus traveling from Farrukhabad to Delhi lost control and overturned after hitting a road divider near the Mahamaya Flyover in Noida on Sunday, leaving 17 passengers injured, police said.

Preliminary investigation suggested that the driver may have dozed off at the wheel, causing the bus to crash into the divider. The bus overturned, leading to injuries among the passengers.
Police Response
Local police immediately reached the spot after receiving information about the incident. Seventeen injured passengers were sent to the District Hospital for treatment, where they were reported to have sustained minor injuries.
Police stated that traffic movement at the accident site was being managed smoothly, and necessary legal action was being taken against the driver. The bus was removed from the road with the help of a crane by the traffic department.
