To facilitate the logistics, Sidhu provided couriers with telephone numbers and serial numbers on currency bills as identification tokens for secure delivery and transportation of the narcotics. Once in Canada, Sidhu and his co-conspirators retrieved the drugs from designated locations to distribute them further within the country.

Sidhu is the seventh defendant to plead guilty in this extensive investigation, which involved collaboration between the FBI, the Los Angeles Police Department, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and authorities in Mexico.
