CID Arrests Man for Selling Grey Francolins in Mysuru

The CID police forest mobile unit sleuths have arrested an individual on charges of attempting to sell grey francolins near Rammanahalli village in Mysuru taluk on Tuesday. According to an official release, two grey francolins were being offered for sale near the public playground at Rammanahalli on the Mysore-Mahadevpura Road.

Details of the Incident

Around 10:30 am, when the police team approached the public road adjacent to the playground, they apprehended a person holding a cage and attempting to sell two grey francolins. The police team immediately conducted a raid, caught the suspect, and seized the items. A case has been registered, and the accused has been taken into custody for further action.
