Chief Judicial Magistrate Rajeev, after reviewing the complaint, found prima facie evidence of forgery, impersonation, and criminal conspiracy in the bail granted in a case dating back to June 2024. The court has directed the Civil Lines police station to conduct a detailed investigation into the matter.
