A retired Army officer and his wife are facing serious legal charges after allegedly cheating a fellow resident of Dehradun in a high-value property transaction. "He confronted the couple and asked them to return his advance on several occasions. However, they refused and threatened to kill him, saying that nobody could do anything against them despite committing fraud."
