The accused are said to have used fabricated company letterheads while submitting documents to the Ministry of Defence. During scrutiny, these documents were discovered to be fake.

According to the complainant, one of the suspects was previously employed with the company and had access to highly sensitive information. This individual, along with another former employee, allegedly misappropriated company funds. Both were terminated from their positions in 2023. Following the discovery of the fraudulent documents, the tender was cancelled and the firm involved was blacklisted.
