According to a police officer from the Pimpri station, the accused had been working at the showroom for several years. On the morning of May 22, he allegedly managed to divert the owner's attention and removed 39 gold chains from the display trays, worth approximately Rs 34 lakh. The theft was discovered when the owner noticed the empty trays and reviewed the CCTV footage, which clearly showed the employee stealing the chains.

Investigation and Search Efforts

The officer further stated that the suspect's mobile phone has been switched off, and his residence in Nehrunagar, Pimpri, was found locked. The police have launched a manhunt to locate the accused. Authorities are also checking nearby areas and possible hideouts. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
