The Nighttime Assault and Injuries Sustained
Late on Sunday night, the situation deteriorated further when Kala Rathore, accompanied by several associates, arrived at Pooja's house and began forcefully banging on the main gate. Hearing her screams, her mother, Chandabai, aged 38, rushed to intervene but was also attacked during the chaotic scene.
Anil Meena, a 40-year-old passerby, attempted to mediate and de-escalate the situation. However, he too was allegedly assaulted by the group, sustaining severe injuries from sword blows. Anil suffered critical wounds to both hands, along with serious injuries on his head and shoulder, requiring immediate medical attention.
Chandabai endured deep injuries on both hands, her shoulder, and her back, adding to the severity of the incident.
