The foundation stone-laying ceremony for the new Gujarat High Court Arbitration Centre was held on Saturday at the High Court campus in Ahmedabad. The event was graced by the presence of Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, other esteemed judges, and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.

The new arbitration centre building will feature 16 arbitration conference rooms, each equipped with two break-out rooms and seven mediation rooms. Additionally, it will include a cutting-edge online dispute resolution system tailored to meet the needs of both international and domestic arbitration processes.
