While en route to pick up the passenger, his car became stuck in a ditch on the NH-8 service road near the Anaj Mandi Hari Nagar underpass.
As Vikas struggled to free the vehicle, several passersby stopped to offer assistance. One individual claimed he had successfully helped remove another vehicle stuck at the exact same location just a day earlier. This man then took the driver's seat and instructed Vikas and the other helpers to push the car from behind.
