High Court Judge Justice Sunil Dutt Yadav conducted a detailed inspection tour across Mandya district. His primary focus was reviewing the progress of crucial judicial infrastructure projects. These projects include new court complexes and residential quarters for judges.

Residential Quarters Inspection in Manuganahalli

Justice Yadav visited Manuganahalli on Friday to inspect newly constructed residential quarters for judges. He carefully examined the overall architectural design of the buildings. The judge assessed the remaining construction work that needs completion. He also reviewed the parking facilities available at the site.

During this inspection, officials presented important information to Justice Yadav. They informed him that a proposal seeking an additional grant of Rs 5 crore was submitted to the government. This funding is required to complete the residential quarters project successfully.

Justice Yadav emphasized the critical need for timely project completion. He stressed that adequate residential facilities must be available for members of the judiciary. Proper housing ensures judges can perform their duties effectively.

Civil Court Complexes Across Mandya District

The High Court judge also reviewed progress on plans to establish seven civil court complexes across Mandya district. Deputy Commissioner Kumara provided detailed updates during the inspection.

Kumara informed Justice Yadav that 22.12 guntas of land belonging to the agriculture department was identified. This land will be used for constructing the Mandya court complex. The deputy commissioner added that a detailed proposal was already submitted to the government.

This proposal includes an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore for the Mandya court complex project. Government approval is currently pending for this significant judicial infrastructure development.

Officials Present During Inspection

Several senior officials and legal professionals accompanied Justice Yadav during his inspection tour. Anand M, Member Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority and Senior Civil Judge, was present. Mandya Tahsildar Vishwanath also attended the inspection activities.

District Bar Association President TS Satyananda joined the inspection team as well. Their presence demonstrated strong collaboration between the judiciary and local administration.

Maddur Court Complex Inspection

Justice Sunil Dutt Yadav extended his inspection to Maddur. He visited the location to examine ongoing court-related works. The judge also reviewed preparations for the proposed new court complex in Maddur.

Officials provided specific details about the Maddur project. They informed Justice Yadav that 4.35 acres of land was identified for this judicial infrastructure development. This land previously belonged to the sericulture department.

The land has been officially transferred for judicial infrastructure purposes. This transfer enables the construction of essential court facilities in Maddur.

Maddur Project Proposal Details

A comprehensive proposal was submitted to the government regarding the Maddur project. This proposal seeks approval for constructing a full-fledged court complex. The plan also includes residential quarters for judges at the same location.

Officials noted the total estimated cost of the Maddur project is Rs 21 crore. This substantial investment will significantly improve judicial infrastructure in the region. The proposal awaits government consideration and approval.
