A Hindu party has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court in connection with the ongoing Bhojshala complex dispute in Madhya Pradesh. The caveat was filed to ensure that the party is heard before any order is passed by the apex court regarding the matter. The Bhojshala complex, located in Dhar district, is a site of contention between Hindu and Muslim groups, with both claiming religious rights over the premises. The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) currently manages the site, which is a protected monument. The Hindu party's move comes amid a legal battle over the nature and use of the complex. The Supreme Court is expected to hear the case in the coming weeks.
