Jaipur court grants bail to five in assault case

A local court in Jaipur on Tuesday granted bail to five men accused of assaulting Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Deepke during a protest at Shaheed Smarak. The accused were detained by police on Monday on charges of breach of peace. Advocate Basant Parik confirmed that they were released on personal bonds of Rs 20,000 each, with restrictions imposed for six months.

According to police, the incident occurred when an argument during the demonstration escalated into a physical altercation. The case gained widespread attention after videos of the clash circulated on social media platforms.
