Jaipur Labourer Brutally Murdered, Body Discovered Semi-Burnt in Plastic Sack
In a shocking and gruesome incident, a 31-year-old man was found murdered on Thursday morning in Jaipur. The victim's semi-burnt body was discovered stuffed inside a large plastic sack and dumped in an isolated, empty plot near Nivaru Puliya, located within the jurisdiction of the Kardhani police station area. Authorities believe the perpetrators attempted to destroy evidence and conceal the victim's identity through this heinous act.
Victim Identified as Sheikh Sahan from West Bengal
Police have officially identified the deceased as Sheikh Sahan, a labourer hailing from West Bengal. Adding a tragic layer to the case, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Rajesh Kumar Gupta revealed that Thursday was also the victim's birthday. This detail has intensified the investigation as officers work to uncover the motives behind this brutal killing.
Investigation Reveals Premeditated Crime Details
According to investigators, the accused committed the murder at a separate location before meticulously packing the body into a plastic sack. Under the cover of darkness, they transported the sack to the remote plot and dumped it there late at night. In a desperate attempt to erase all traces, the perpetrators allegedly poured a flammable chemical on the victim's face and body and set it on fire. However, the body did not burn completely, leaving behind crucial forensic evidence that has now become central to the ongoing police investigation.
Discovery and Police Response
The crime came to light around 6:30 AM when passers-by spotted the suspicious plastic sack in the vacant plot and immediately alerted the police control room. Officers from the Kardhani police station swiftly rushed to the scene to secure the area and initiate a thorough examination. The incomplete burning of the body has provided investigators with vital clues, which they are currently analyzing to track down the culprits and determine the exact circumstances surrounding this murder.
