Justice Rohit Kapoor, a judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Administrative Judge for the Sessions Division in Amritsar, carried out the annual inspection of judicial facilities in Amritsar and Baba Bakala Sahib on Friday. During his visit to Baba Bakala Sahib, he inaugurated the E-Mulakat facility, a digital platform that allows inmates to interact with their counsels. This initiative aims to improve communication between prisoners and their legal representatives, thereby strengthening access to justice and supporting rehabilitation efforts.
