"CCTV from the crash site clearly shows the person extracted from the vehicle was Shivam Mishra," Srivastava stated. Senior police officials have referenced additional video evidence showing bouncers from a black SUV rushing to the Lamborghini and pulling Mishra specifically from the driver's seat following the collision.
New CCTV footage emerged on Tuesday depicting Mishra's security personnel exiting their vehicle and running toward the damaged Lamborghini Revuelto. Another video clip shows a bouncer apparently carrying Mishra in his arms away from the crash scene.
Family's Counter-Narrative and Medical Claims
Shivam Mishra's father, prominent tobacco baron KK Mishra, has firmly rejected police assertions about his son's involvement. "A hired driver was operating the vehicle when it malfunctioned," the elder Mishra insisted. "Shivam was merely sitting in the passenger seat beside him."
The family has presented a medical explanation for Mishra's condition. "My son's health deteriorated rapidly after the incident," KK Mishra explained. "By the time he reached home, he had lost consciousness. We immediately arranged for his transfer to a Delhi hospital where he remains under medical supervision."
Lawyer Dharmu elaborated on the medical situation, stating Shivam is currently unconscious in a Delhi medical facility suffering from dizziness.
