Kanpur Police Injure and Arrest Chain Snatching Suspect in Encounter
In a dramatic turn of events, a man wanted in connection with a chain snatching incident was injured and subsequently arrested following an encounter with police near the Bara Sirohi canal in Kanpur on Wednesday.
