A family in Ludhiana's upscale New Rajguru Nagar area returned from a day out on Sunday to a scene of devastation, discovering they had become victims of a major theft. The burglars reportedly gained entry by breaking a window in the unoccupied house.
Details of the Break-In and Stolen Valuables
The victim, Sunil Sharma, a resident of Aman Park, reported the incident to the Sarabha Nagar police. The family had left their home locked in the morning. Upon their return, they found the residence ransacked. The unidentified accused had broken open cabinets and drawers during their search for valuables.

Police Investigation Underway
Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Jaswinder Singh from the Sarabha Nagar police station confirmed that a formal case has been registered against unidentified suspects based on Sharma's complaint. The police are now actively pursuing leads.
A key part of the investigation involves scrutinizing CCTV footage from cameras installed in the vicinity of the house in New Rajguru Nagar. Authorities hope the footage will help identify the individuals responsible for the daring daylight burglary.
