According to recent allegations, approximately 100 canines were brutally killed in this village over the past 10 days. FIR Filed Against Sarpanch and Others Under Animal Cruelty Laws
An FIR was officially filed on Tuesday against the sarpanch, the panchayat secretary, and other individuals involved in this gruesome act. Mudavath Preethi, the complainant in this case, provided chilling details about the incident. "I received information that about 100 dogs were killed in the last 10 days by administering lethal injections by hiring dog killers for Rs 18,000," Preethi stated. She further added that the carcasses were buried approximately two kilometers away from the village, attempting to conceal the evidence of this atrocity.
Another Incident in Siddipet District: 50 Stray Dogs Relocated Illegally
In a related and equally alarming incident, 50 stray dogs were allegedly captured from Boppapur village in Siddipet district. These dogs were then relocated to a nearby forest area, an act that blatantly violates animal protection laws. This operation too was reportedly carried out by the sarpanch and secretary of the village, indicating a pattern of disregard for legal and ethical standards in animal handling.
Adulapuram Goutham, another complainant involved in these cases, emphasized the seriousness of these actions.
