Emergency services swiftly responded to distress calls reporting that a car had struck pedestrians close to a nightclub.

A video that has since gone viral online captures the harrowing moment of the collision. In the footage, a car is seen moving directly toward a cluster of individuals before striking them without any apparent warning. One woman was knocked down and became trapped beneath the vehicle, prompting nearby bystanders to rush to her aid in a desperate attempt to assist.

Another man, who was reportedly in the process of unlocking an e-scooter nearby, was also hit and thrown aside by the force of the impact. Seconds before the crash, an audible warning can be heard in the video, with someone shouting, "She is going to run her over," indicating that at least one observer foresaw the impending danger but was powerless to prevent it.

Victims and Injuries Detailed by Authorities

Police have confirmed the severity of the injuries sustained in the crash. A woman in her 30s was rushed to the hospital and remains in critical condition. A man in his 50s suffered injuries described as potentially life-changing. Additionally, another woman in her 30s sustained minor injuries and received prompt medical treatment at the scene.

Arrest and Ongoing Investigation

The Metropolitan Police arrested a 29-year-old woman at the location. She is currently in custody on suspicion of multiple serious offenses, including attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink driving.
