The vehicle showed clear signs of forced entry, with the glass of the door broken and the rear lock tampered with. All 27 cylinders were missing from the tempo—five of them were filled and ready for delivery, while the remaining 22 were empty returns. The official statement, quoting the First Information Report (FIR), highlighted the brazen nature of the crime.
