A woman has been charged with cheating a man of over Rs 10 crore by selling land using forged documents in Nagpur. According to the complaint, after the death of her husband, the accused, Khairunnisa Mohd Samad, allegedly prepared fake ownership papers of agricultural land located at khasra Besa, measuring 1.60 hectares and 1.21 hectares.
Forged Documents and Agreement
The accused showed the forged documents to the complainant, Khushal Rathod, and entered into an agreement on August 31, 2022. Police stated that the accused took a total of Rs 10 crore from the complainant, betraying his trust through conspiracy and impersonation.
Legal Action Taken
A case has been lodged by Kotwali police based on Rathod's complaint. The investigation is ongoing, and further details are awaited.
