A 44-year-old man in Nashik faced a violent assault at a traffic signal near City Centre Mall after he confronted a group of individuals for jumping the red light. Details of the Traffic Signal Altercation

According to the police complaint filed by the victim, he was driving his car from near CBS towards the Trimurti Chowk area in Nashik. While waiting at the City Centre Mall traffic signal, the light turned green, and he began to cross the junction. At that moment, the suspects, riding two motorcycles, approached from the ABB Circle side and blatantly jumped the red signal, endangering other road users.

Instead of apologizing or moving on, they escalated the situation by launching a physical attack on him. One of the assailants reportedly whipped out a weapon and struck the victim on his head and ribs, causing injuries before the group fled the scene on their motorcycles.
