The police officer stated, "They were robbed by unidentified people on the expressway near Nashik on March 2." The complaint registered details that the accused threatened to kill the family members with sharp weapons before fleeing the scene, leaving the victims traumatized.

Inspector Hemantkumar Bhamre of the Sinnar police provided insights into the operation, highlighting the collaborative effort between the two police forces. "The action of arresting the criminals was done during a joint operation by the Thane Rural and Nashik Rural police," Bhamre explained.
