Newborn's Body Discovered in Pilibhit District, Investigation Underway

In a distressing incident in Pilibhit district, the body of a newborn baby boy was found wrapped in cloth at the Bilsanda T-junction near the Bhind-Lipulekh National Highway 731. Police officials confirmed the discovery on Saturday, revealing that the infant had been dumped in roadside shrubs by unidentified persons before being dragged onto the road by stray dogs.

Commuters Alert Authorities After Witnessing Dog Attack

Commuters passing through the area noticed stray dogs attacking the body and immediately intervened, driving the animals away. Officials have not ruled out the possibility that the newborn may have been alive earlier and could have succumbed to injuries sustained during the dog attack.
