Details of the Fatal Altercation

According to police reports, the victim, Prashant Singh, managed a poultry farm located approximately 2 kilometers from Khatana village. Prashant, who was the son of a former village head, had constructed a small farmhouse on the premises. The accused, identified as Yashveer Jatav, a resident of Bulandshahr, had been employed at the farm for some time.

The tragic events unfolded on Friday night when Prashant and Yashveer were drinking alcohol together at the farmhouse. Around 10 PM, an argument erupted between the two. The dispute escalated significantly when Prashant allegedly scolded and slapped Yashveer, which deeply angered the worker.

Later that night, at approximately 11:30 PM, Yashveer allegedly launched a violent attack on Prashant using an iron pipe. He struck multiple blows to Prashant's head, leaving him critically injured. Prashant was discovered soon after the assault and rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Police Investigation and Arrest

Prashant's brother immediately alerted the police, who swiftly arrived at the scene and initiated a thorough investigation. An FIR was registered under BNS Section 103, which pertains to murder charges. Police officials revealed that Yashveer was planning to abscond, but law enforcement managed to track him down within hours of the crime on Saturday.

The accused was arrested, and the iron pipe used in the murder was recovered from his possession. Yashveer has since been sent to judicial custody, and further investigation is currently underway to gather additional evidence and details surrounding the incident.
