Noida: In a tragic incident, the body of a 30-year-old man with his throat slit was discovered near a cremation ground in Sector Delta 2 on Monday. The Surajpur police have launched a detailed investigation, with preliminary findings strongly suggesting that the man died by suicide.

The police were first alerted to the scene after a Police Response Vehicle (PRV) received information about a body found at the cremation ground. A team promptly arrived at the location and conducted an immediate preliminary investigation. The deceased was identified as Rahul, a resident of Sakipur village who worked as a taxi driver.
Upon examination, cut marks were observed on Rahul's neck, and bloodstains were present on his hands. This evidence prompted senior police officers and a forensic team to conduct a thorough inspection of the scene. Family Discloses History of Addiction and Depression
During their inquiries, police spoke with Rahul's family members, who revealed a distressing personal history.
