- In the event of a roundabout closure, traffic heading towards LG Chowk and Jagat Farm will be rerouted from Galgotias Cut towards Sharda University.
- Vehicles exiting the NASA parking facility post-event will be directed towards Trinity Institute, with advisories to avoid the Expo Mart roundabout entirely.

- VIP Parking: Designated vehicles will access parking inside the Expo Mart campus through gate number one.
