Bengaluru: A late-evening outing turned into a distressing ordeal for a 30-year-old private firm employee after bike-borne miscreants snatched her phone and fled near Biere Club on Lavelle Road on April 20.
Incident Details
Roopa (name changed) stepped out around 7:30 pm to meet a friend at a cafe. Hours later, around 10:52 pm, she and her friend were waiting for a cab at the intersection when the miscreants arrived on a motorcycle, snatched her iPhone Pro-17, and sped away.
Police Action
A case has been registered under BNS Section 304 (snatching), and efforts are on to nab the miscreants.
