Ranchi Police Crack Down on High-Value House Theft, Arrest Three Suspects
In a significant breakthrough, Ranchi police have apprehended three individuals in connection with a major house burglary case involving cash and valuables worth over Rs 67 lakh. The arrests were made on Wednesday, with authorities announcing the details on Thursday, highlighting a swift response to the crime reported in the Ormanjhi area of Ranchi district.
Details of the Arrests and Recovery
The accused have been identified as Mrityunjaya Kumar (25), Paras Kumar Choudhary (23), and Harpreet Monty (38). According to police reports, the trio was involved in the theft from a residential property, leading to their capture after an intensive investigation.
During the arrests, law enforcement officials successfully recovered Rs 61,500 in stolen cash, along with the motorcycle allegedly used in the commission of the crime. Additionally, four mobile phones were seized from the suspects, providing crucial evidence in the ongoing probe.
