Police identified the accused as Harsh Kumar, Pratik Kumar, and Shivam Kumar, all aged 20 years. According to authorities, the stolen scooter and mobile phone, along with another two-wheeler, were successfully recovered from the trio. The victim, Nishant Ekka, was traveling from Satranji Bazaar to Lowadih on his scooter when he suddenly felt dizzy. He stopped and sat at the roadside, where he subsequently fell unconscious. Approximately two hours later, locals came to his rescue, only to discover that his scooter and mobile phone were missing. Ekka promptly informed the Tupudana police about the theft.
