In a significant development, the Jalandhar commissionerate police have made a swift arrest in connection with a daring armed robbery at a Punjab National Bank branch. Commissioner of Police Dhanpreet Kaur confirmed that diligent police work resulted in the arrest of the primary accused, identified as Simranjit Singh.
