In a shocking incident in New Delhi, a 32-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death, and another individual sustained critical injuries during a robbery attempt near a petrol pump in Sector 23, Rohini, on February 16. The deceased was identified as Amarnath Yadav, who worked at a jeans factory.
An eyewitness, Sri Ram Yadav, who also suffered knife injuries during the altercation, informed the police that the assailants robbed their mobile phones before fleeing the scene. Based on this information, a case was registered under Section 103 (murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), marking a serious legal pursuit against the perpetrators.
