Identification of the Accused and Legal Proceedings
The arrested individuals have been identified as:
- N Bahadur alias Raju, aged 41
- Chakra Bahadur, aged 25
- Mohan Sahi, aged 44
All three are residents of Nepal, highlighting the cross-border nature of this illicit activity. Following the arrest, a formal case has been registered under the stringent Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at the Kumarsain police station.
