The accident occurred near Breadliner Circle, within the limits of the Khatodara police station. The victim has been identified as Prince Patel. According to police reports, Patel was riding a KTM sports bike at a dangerously high speed. He was descending the flyover from the VNSGU side, heading towards Breadliner Circle, when he lost control of the vehicle.
His bike subsequently crashed into a road divider. The impact of the collision was extremely severe. Police confirmed that Prince Patel succumbed to his injuries on the spot. A critical factor in the fatality was that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, leading to fatal head injuries.

Investigators looking into the case discovered that the young man had a passion for creating and sharing bike-riding reels on social media. One of his uploaded videos reportedly showed his motorcycle, which he had named 'Laila', clocking a speed of 140 kmph. His social media feeds frequently featured this bike.
Following the accident, the Khatodara police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) for a fatal accident and have initiated a full investigation into the circumstances leading to the crash.
