Local shopkeepers reported that the vehicle, parked outside a shop, contained wires, pipes, and drum-like objects, with its roof appearing partially cut. Suspecting foul play, they promptly alerted the police.

A local shopkeeper stated that an unidentified man had parked the vehicle and purchased 2 kilograms of mutton from a nearby shop. He then abruptly left, claiming he was going to buy vegetables, but never returned. The shopkeeper added that the man's behavior seemed suspicious, prompting concern among the locals.
