In a significant development in the ongoing TCS Nashik sexual offence cases, all seven individuals arrested so far have formally submitted bail applications before courts in Nashik city and Nashik Road. Police sources have confirmed that hearings on these legal pleas are scheduled to take place over the next several days, marking a critical phase in the judicial process.

A total of nine separate cases have been registered by authorities, involving allegations against eight TCS employees. The charges encompass serious offences including sexual harassment, rape, and hurting religious sentiments. Among the accused are two female employees, one of whom holds the position of assistant general manager, serving as a delivery partner within the company.

The whereabouts of one woman employee, who is wanted in connection with the first case registered at the Deolali Camp police station, remain unknown at this time. Subsequent Cases and Legal Proceedings

Following the first registration, eight additional cases related to sexual harassment and hurting religious sentiments were filed with the Mumbai Naka police station on April 2. It has been noted that, except for the two women accused, all other individuals involved are named in multiple cases among the total nine filed.

In the Deolali Camp rape case, two accused individuals have applied for bail, while the co-accused woman staffer's location is still not ascertained. The hearing for their bail plea has been scheduled for May 2 before the Nashik Road sessions court.

Bail Applications and Hearing Schedules

The assistant general manager, who is among those arrested, also filed a bail application on Tuesday, as confirmed by her legal representative. Meanwhile, the male accused named in the cases registered at the Mumbai Naka police station have separately submitted bail applications for each individual offence they face.

Hearings for these pleas have been set for April 28, indicating a busy legal calendar ahead. Overall, authorities have reported that bail applications have been filed by the accused in at least five of the nine cases registered to date, underscoring the widespread legal actions being pursued.

This case continues to unfold, with the judicial system now actively engaged through these bail proceedings, which will likely influence the trajectory of the investigations and subsequent trials.
