Victims and Survivors Identified
The deceased have been identified as Basila (19), daughter of Parakkadan Ibrahim from Pullara, Pookkottur; Sakeena (42), wife of Haiderali from Shankuvarathodu, Kalpathy in Palakkad; and Shiyas (23), son of Siddique from Cheeranathadayil, Nambiyanpadi, Pullasseri in Mannarkkad, who was driving the car at the time of the accident.
Two other passengers in the car sustained serious injuries and were admitted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital. They are Parakkadan Ibrahim (42) and his daughter-in-law Afreena (19). Both are currently receiving intensive medical treatment, with their conditions reported as critical but stable.

The family had just seen off Ibrahim's son, Basith, at Calicut International Airport for his journey to the Gulf when the tragedy struck.
