Tragic Eid Celebration Turns Deadly as Tractor Crushes 11-Year-Old Girl in Greater Noida
In a heartbreaking incident that has shocked the community, an 11-year-old girl lost her life after being run over by a tractor in Aliwardipur village, Greater Noida, on Monday morning. The accident occurred around 11 AM, casting a dark shadow over what was meant to be a joyous Eid celebration for the family.

The young victim, identified as Alafiya, had accompanied her mother and sister to her aunt's house to celebrate the festive occasion. According to police reports and eyewitness accounts, Alafiya was playing with her cousin Tooba in a narrow lane outside the residence when tragedy struck.
CCTV footage from the area reveals the chilling sequence of events: A tractor-trolley loaded with construction material was idling behind a parked dumper in the confined lane. The driver attempted to inch forward but suddenly lost control of the vehicle, which veered directly toward where the two girls were walking along the side of the lane.
Critical Injuries and Immediate Aftermath
Alafiya was crushed under the wheels of the tractor, sustaining critical injuries that proved fatal. Her cousin Tooba was also trapped beneath the vehicle but miraculously escaped without any physical harm. Passersby and neighbors rushed to the scene immediately upon hearing the commotion, pulling both girls from under the heavy machinery.
The quick response of bystanders ensured the girls were extracted promptly, but Alafiya's injuries were too severe. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead on arrival, devastating her family and the local community.
Police Investigation and Driver's Flight
