Vasco: Two girls, aged 14 and 15 and belonging to different families, were allegedly kidnapped from Quelossim on Saturday. Police said that in the first case, the mother of the 14-year-old girl lodged a complaint stating that her daughter went missing from Quelossim, Verna, at 8am on Saturday. In the second case, the mother of the 15-year-old girl reported that her daughter was kidnapped from Quelossim, Cortalim.

As both girls were reported missing on the same day and around the same time, police suspect the two cases may be linked. A police officer said an investigation is underway to trace the two minors and ascertain the circumstances surrounding their disappearance.
