Two Men Arrested with 165 Grams of MD Drugs on Mhow-Neemuch Highway in Ratlam
In a significant crackdown on drug trafficking, the Ringnod police in Ratlam district arrested two men on Saturday, seizing a substantial quantity of MD drugs. The operation was conducted on the Mhow-Neemuch highway following a credible tip-off about illegal narcotics activities in the area.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Karulal, 25, a resident of Rajasthan, and Farid, 35, a resident of Ratlam. Police confiscated 165 grams of MD drugs from their possession, which is estimated to have a street value of approximately Rs 16.50 lakh in the illegal market.
In addition to the narcotics, law enforcement officials also seized the vehicles used in the commission of the crime. A motorcycle and a moped were confiscated, bringing the total value of the seized material to about Rs 17.30 lakh. This comprehensive seizure underscores the police's efforts to disrupt not only the drug supply but also the logistical support used by traffickers.

A case has been registered against the duo at the Ringnod police station under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
