A devastating road accident has resulted in the tragic deaths of two school students and left another critically injured in Lucknow. The incident occurred late on Wednesday when a motorcycle carrying three students collided head-on with a UPSRTC bus on the Tanda-Banda highway near Inayatpur in the Gosainganj area.

According to eyewitness accounts, the motorcycle was being driven by 19-year-old Sameer from Katka Khanpur, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The three students were traveling from the Inayatpur side when the bus, which was heading towards Akbarpur, rammed into their bike near Inayatpur.
The impact of the collision was severe, throwing all three riders onto the road. Sameer died instantly at the spot, while 14-year-old Faizan, also from Katka Khanpur, succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the medical college. The third student, 15-year-old Aman, who was seated at the rear of the motorcycle, sustained serious injuries and was admitted to Sultanpur Medical College for urgent treatment.

Following the horrific accident, the bus driver allegedly fled the scene with the vehicle, leaving the victims and damaged motorcycle behind. Local villagers took immediate action by shifting the wrecked motorcycle to a safe location to prevent any further obstruction to traffic on the busy highway.
Family members of the deceased revealed that all three students were enrolled at Ramrati Inter College in Dwarikaganj. Sameer was a class 10 student, Faizan studied in class 8, and Aman was a class 9 student, highlighting the young lives cut short by this tragedy.
