Tragic Hit-and-Run Claims Three Lives in Vadodara
A devastating hit-and-run incident near Bodeli in Chhota Udepur district has claimed the lives of three men, including two senior citizens, sending shockwaves through the local community. Victims Identified as Local Residents
The deceased have been identified as Kanu Rohit (53), Dhura Parmar (66) and Babar Parmar (62) – all residents of Vasna village. According to police officials from Bodeli police station, the men were returning home after attending a wedding in a nearby village when the tragedy struck near Tandalja in Bodeli.
The impact of the collision was so severe that all three men were killed on the spot. Police officials described the scene as particularly gruesome, noting that the bodies of all three deceased were flung in different directions while the motorcycle was found about 600 meters away from the actual spot of the accident.

Authorities have launched a comprehensive probe to trace the vehicle responsible for the fatal hit-and-run. A police official confirmed that a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder has been lodged against the unidentified driver of the vehicle involved in the incident.
"We have launched a probe to trace the vehicle that caused the accident," an official statement revealed. The investigation is focusing on identifying the vehicle through available evidence and witness accounts from the area where the tragic incident occurred.
The bodies of the three deceased persons were handed over to their respective families on Tuesday, following necessary legal procedures. The local community has been left in mourning as families grapple with the sudden loss of their loved ones in such tragic circumstances.
