The complaint was filed on Saturday in response to a threatening message that appeared on the institution's official Facebook page last Friday.

According to the complaint details, the threatening email arrived on March 5 at 8:32 PM through an official administrative account.
The email originated from victomem@gamil.com and was allegedly linked in the official complaint to an individual identified as Vivek Saykar, who used the email address viveck1999@gmail.com. The disturbing message contained explicit threats of violence, stating: "This is the end of 2025, then I will crush, stab, shoot and detonate in Victoria Memorial at a building museum."
