In a shocking incident, a 45-year-old woman was discovered murdered with multiple stab wounds near the Soldi toll plaza in Dhrangadhra taluka of Surendranagar district early on Monday morning. The victim, originally from West Bengal and a resident of Ahmedabad, was found in a critical condition, with the fatal injury inflicted on the left side of her chest.

Investigators have confirmed that the crime occurred between 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM. The victim was allegedly involved in sex work, and the matter was reported by a 48-year-old woman, who is also reportedly engaged in similar activities. This complainant filed a formal complaint against a known man, who is also allegedly connected to the flesh trade, leading to the registration of a murder case.
