A shocking incident has come to light at Baru Sahib University in Himachal Pradesh, where a contractual worker was arrested for allegedly filming female students inside a university washroom. The accused, identified as Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Sirmaur district, was taken into custody on Wednesday following a complaint by the university administration.

According to police sources, the accused was working as a maintenance staff member at the university. He is suspected to have used his mobile phone to secretly record videos of female students using the washroom. The matter came to light when a student noticed the phone hidden in a strategic location and alerted the authorities.

Upon searching the accused, police recovered the mobile phone containing multiple video clips of female students.
