Army Thwarts Infiltration Attempt in Rajouri, Neutralizes Pakistani Terrorist
In a decisive security operation, alert Indian Army personnel successfully foiled an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Jhangar area of Nowshera, Rajouri district, on Tuesday. The swift action resulted in the elimination of one Pakistani terrorist, effectively preventing any breach of the border.

Acting on specific intelligence inputs, soldiers from the Army's White Knights Corps detected the movement of two terrorists along the LoC around 3 PM. The Army confirmed the details in an official post on social media platform X, highlighting the precision of the operation.
"Responding with swift and calibrated combat action, alert troops engaged swiftly, successfully foiling the infiltration attempt. In the ensuing engagement, one Pakistan-sponsored terrorist was eliminated, effectively denying any breach of the LoC," the post stated.

Following the engagement, Army personnel have been reoriented to search for the second terrorist and ensure relentless domination of the area. Additionally, last month, on February 19, soldiers thwarted another infiltration attempt in the Nathua Tibba area of Sunderbani.
During a subsequent search operation the following day, troops recovered arms and ammunition, underscoring the persistent threat and the Army's vigilance in the region.
