Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Dipke led a significant protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Sunday, demanding the removal of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan from his position. Addressing a large gathering of supporters, Dipke emphasized that the movement would remain peaceful and focused on constructive slogans.
Peaceful Protest with Nationalistic Slogans
Dipke urged protesters to avoid any form of violence and instead chant slogans that celebrate the nation and pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. 'We are not scared of the government. Our fight is for justice and accountability,' he said, rallying the crowd.
Demand for Pradhan's Removal
The protest specifically targeted Dharmendra Pradhan, accusing him of failing to address key issues in his ministry. Dipke claimed that Pradhan's policies have harmed the interests of common citizens and called for his immediate resignation. 'We will continue this movement until Pradhan is removed,' Dipke declared.
The event saw participation from various social groups and activists, who held placards and raised slogans against the minister. Security was tight at Jantar Mantar, with police deployed to manage the crowd.
- Over 500 protesters gathered at Jantar Mantar.
- Slogans included 'Vande Mataram' and 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'.
- Dipke vowed to escalate the movement if demands are not met.
